“After a little confusion when I was trying to open my new ISA, Tom was amazing and not only opened the account but sorted all my transfers into my new ISA for me. He advised me how it was going to be done and sure enough when I checked a couple of days later, everything had been transferred just as Tom had said it would be. Amazing service.
