Some of the rudest staff I?ve ever encountered. You work in the retailer Boots, you are NOT surgeons or GPs so knock off the cringeworthy holier than thou attitude.

Kept waiting for 20 minutes when no other customers were around. The woman who gave me my prescription was so rude and spoke to me like I was stupid! Going to avoid this pharmacy. You should feel comfortable in a setting like that.

Says open 9 til 5 but shuts for lunch. Should update store times on website and on google. There are at least 2 members off staff and no need to shut store as other products off shelve can be purchased without a pharmacist.

I didn't realise that a chemist was a health care setting,what load of rubbish,masks are voluntary apart from hospitals,even at my doctors I didn't wear a mask,I think looking self important is the thing here,also I have looked this up and chemists are classed as retailers not health care,
