Had a lovely breakfast here on Sunday morning. Very good service. Very attentive and friendly staff. The food was served promptly and was very nice. Good choice of food. Nice airy feel to the place with plenty of space between tables. No loud music so could talk easily with each other. Restrooms could do with a lick of paint but they were clean.

went for bottomless pancakes the other day and had a great time! pancakes were very tasty (chocolate was the best) and the staff were lovely and environment clean and nicely decorated. would return!

Our dessert was delicious. But if the Minute steak is on the menu avoid unless you have the chewing and swallowing skills of a Billy goat. Service was quick and friendly when we were there around 1700 (5:00 pm). Others in our group had pancakes which they enjoyed.

This was not my first visit to bills. The food is absolutely amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed everything I had today and will be back very soon. The staff we are very friendly and efficient

Highly highly highly recommend getting the truffle fondue, the waitstaff are all incredibly kind, and the food is high quality. The only issue I could see anyone having is that the music is a little loud, but that didn't stop us from enjoying a lovely meal.

Just had a superb family brunch for 8 people which was delicious in beautiful surroundings. I had an expired discount voucher however our server Tom liaised with manager Blen, to honour the discount.
This really was above and beyond and ensured we will continue again and again for special family time

A great execution in York of this lively and friendly restaurant chain. Super service by friendly and attentive staff, food was delicious and the drinks were on offer so what was not to love? A minor hiccup was addressed unprompted by the very professional manager, James. Highly recommended for family and friend nights out.

We were in York for a few hours and wanted somewhere for lunch. I spotted Bill?s and having been to Bill?s in other locations I knew we would have lots of choice.
I eat gluten free and my husband likes to eat smaller meals so Bill?s was perfect.
Even better, I spotted a sign in the window offering bottomless pancakes for £5!
Bill?s has to be one of the few places where the gf option is the same size and price as the main menu and I?ve had the gf pancakes before so I had no problem deciding on what to order.
My husband opted for a prawn, mango and avocado salad followed by donuts.
My bottomless pancakes came as a trio with bacon and maple syrup; I was very full after just these 3 but was asked if I would like more.
Respect the the young couple sitting just behind us who got through at least 6 each?
The staff were great and very supportive of my gluten free order.
Our bill was quite low as my food was only a fiver but I did notice that a service charge had been automatically included.
I would be happy to eat here again on my own ( hope the all day bottomless pancakes for £5 is available the next time I visit!)
Vegetarian options: Plenty of choice; all looked good.
Dietary restrictions: Good gluten free options. Gf pancakes same size as standard pancakes and very tasty.
Parking: Located on pedestrian area so no parking
