Do not recommend. My order was cancelled for living too far away for delivery (why was it an option to order in the first place then) but the restaurant apparently couldn't cancel it themselves on the app for my refund yo come through and I had to contact deliveroo. Both times I spoke to the restaurant on the phone they were rude and offered no apology for this and deliveroo managed to contact them eventually to confirm cancellation so they could refund me after the restaurant basically took zero responsibility for the situation.

Belly Buster in York. Have used them before for delivery and have not had a problem, however. Yesterday 7/4/25 despite spending £30 i did not get the free Garlic Bread, the Large Pizza did not look as if the crust was stuffed with cheese, I asked for BBQ sauce and got Garlic Mayo. I ordered over the phone as I have had problems ordering on the website, when I asked the guy on the phone for a Rolls Rolls Box he didn't know what I was talking about and had to go and ask someone else. Makes me think I will not use them again.

I have ordered food from here a few times and it?s amazing! They get your order delivered very quickly, and the food is very enjoyable and always comes hot. This is now my go-to takeaway!

Can't fault the Paddy Special burger. Beef patty, chicken burger and doner meat in a bun and served with chips. Just what I needed after a long days work..

If I could give it 0 I would, been ordering from here almost every week for the past year, the last 2 weeks we?ve ordered the pizzas have been stone cold, waited over an hour for 2 pizzas for them to come burnt, rock hard and cold, couldn?t even taste the pizza it was that over cooked, and one of the pizzas was wrong and a completely different pizza to what we ordered. This is the last time we waste money here! They don?t care. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I recently placed my first order with Belly Buster after they were recommended to me, and while the food was nice, I?m disappointed with the overall experience. The order arrived late, and my can of Pepsi was missing. I called to report the issue, and while they said they?d send it out, it never arrived. On top of that, when I called, I felt rushed off the phone, which added to the frustration. As a new customer, this was really disappointing. While the food was good, the poor service has left me hesitant to order again.

Never been so disgusted with this place. Absolutely horrendous treatment. Two hours late for food and though we were willing to pay towards it they refused and took the food back.
Aggressive staff on the phone. Never going here again. Would recommend avoiding.

Never had problems before. But waited over two hours for our food. Rang multiple times to check and received only ?it?s on its way? - a six minute drive took over two hours!
Told to take 20% off our order. The delivery driver did not adhere to this when the food eventually arrived (though one of the pizzas was wrong, items missing and all cold)
Spoke to the managers and all we received was abuse from them. Their attitude was horrendous and confrontational, telling us to go in person to deal with it.
Never going here again and would highly recommend avoiding at all costs. Disgraceful and disgusting from them.
