I was so happy with my service.
Popped in to get a bra fitting I was nervous, but the shop assistant was so helpful and put my anxiety to ease.
I would like to know how I can let head office know just how appreciated I am to that one member of staff?
As I don't want to put names on here.
But I would like to compliment that one member of staff again C , for helping me get the right wear for a photo shoot.
Without this member of staff I don't think I would of got half the outfits I needed.

Amelia was a great help with a fitting for me today, gave me advice on trying a different style of bra to what I?m used too and it was a lot comfier than I expected! Really helped me understand what?s normal for how a bra should fit and that the size I was in was pretty much what I should be in, thank you!

I went into store today to find a bra and Alice was amazing. She helped me find not one but two bras that fit like a dream. The whole team was lovely, friendly and very helpful!

Came for a bra fitting and I had an amazing experience with Claire. Alex was supportive and went online to look at different options. This is a first class store, will definitely be back.

Had a bra fitting today by Claire, she was wonderful and so helpful. Could not recommend more as she knew exactly what sizes to pick, and also made the whole experience very comfortable. Will definitely return for future purchases!! 10/10

Stopped in the other day after building up the courage for a proper bra fitting, I?m trans and was very self conscious, Belle the lady who helped me was very supportive and patient with me while we sorted though what did and didn?t fit and how to properly wear it.
Will be going again when I get back to York
