In Whitby for the day. Very well presented window display attracted me right in. Noticed a couple of Casio watches I was interested in so popped in and spoke to Gracie. She Greeted me with a lovely smile and was very well mannered. Asked her about the 2 watches I was interested in so I showed her which two. She mentioned something about a discount and matching the prices online. I had already done my homework as to a few prices for one of the watches I looked at(casio A168 illuminator) these watches are around the £40 mark...she typed away at the computer and I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the first watch which was down to £25. Straight away I was thinking I'm buying it. She also checked the price of the other Casio but it was a little over the budget for what I wanted to pay but it was still discounted to £55 from £80. Took the first one I was interested in..was presented in its original box, very neatly placed in box and receipt and guarantee placed into a card wallet. Very nice parting phrase and All in all a very positive experience and when down in Whitby next time I will most definitely look in window again. Excellent service. Keep up the good work. The watches in the window caught my eye. They have some interesting makes including the Sternglas, Bahaus inspired pieces, which took me down an horological rabbit hole. In the end I chose a Bulova Lunar Pilot. Simon was really welcoming, helpful and ensured their pricing was competitive, so it couldn't of been a better buying experience.

I bought a watch while on a birthday cruise in St Martins . I love this watch and it brings back so many memories when it needed a repair I was worried I could not
get it done.
I was recommended by a Jewellers near to where I live. It had to be sent away.
I have just got it back and it is perfect. I cannot praise the staff highly enough
The service was amazing and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Can't thank Simon enough for adjusting the braclets on 2 watches I'd purchased from a sister store. All adjusted perfectly in the time it took me to nip round the corner for a coffee. Also took the time to explain how best to look after and take care of my new watches as these were my first watches with automatic movement. Great customer service, really pleased.

Ordered two items from their website. One arrived, one did not. I've chased twice and twice been told its 1-2 weeks and being manufactured...when their website says its in stock. Both times they've also quoted the wrong product as in production. Suspect the second item will not arrive and I've just paid double for one item. Caution advised.
UPDATE. 2nd item has now arrived as ordered.

My husband and I went into the store while we were on holiday from Kent. I wanted to buy a piece in memory of my mum, who we lost in November 2023, also my dad and stepdad. I saw this beautiful ring in the window and knew it was exactly what I wanted. It was very small so I knew I would need to have it re-sized. My local jeweller back at home said it would not be possible.
However, I got in touch with the store who advised me to return it and they would make one to my sizing. I received it this morning and am absolutely thrilled. It fits perfectly.
Thank you so much to the staff at Whitby Jet Store for their excellent communication, customer service and for safe delivery of the ring. Can?t recommend highly enough.

Fell in love with a ring just before closing on Thursday that was way too small, staff member called another store and at 10.30 Friday morning I had the ring in my size on my finger. Couldn't be happier and what amazing service.
