Update 1.12.23When shopping again here was again was served by the most miserable person iv ever met on a till the same guy as my review below I can't believe they have this guy serving people how the hell did he get the job I don't know!!!!Getting expensive but that's the cost of living I sopose. A large young man on the till could very much improve on their customer service skills , ie saying please and thank you is not a hard thing and try to smile for got sake , how he got the job I don't know , rest of the staff are fine

Iceland food warehouse in Whitby are people centric. Always a good shopping experience. Well worth a visit. They sell more than frozen foodstuffs. I actually bought a heated hoody, blanket type coat that looks like a hoody. It's heated by a chargeable battery pack ( sold elsewhere). I can confirm, that after trying it out, it really does keep you warm for hours between charges.
