Our daughter loves Whitby jet and also Amber.We have purchased lots of beautiful pieces of jewellery from Vicki.We always get a personal service and she goes above and beyond to make sure we leave happy.

Lovely lady owner -I have many silver rings but was looking for a Whitby jet pinkie ring and she found me one in exactly the right size that she said had been waiting a while for the right person to come along that it would fit.

Absolutely amazing shop! First we got customised earrings made when they weren't in stock, and later, when we had trouble with one of the earrings, Vicky helped us out at no expense to us. The jet earrings from The Black Pearl remain my wife's absolute favourites. Could not reccomend this shop enough.

Lovely shop with great selection of jet and amber. The lady who runs the shop is very friendly and helpful ( and her dog is very cute ) I wanted jet earrings, but the ones I wanted were not available in jet only in amber. The lady said if I called back in half an hour she would replace the amber for jet. I had some lunch and returned for my earrings. They are beautiful. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend

Ordered 2 items online. The earrings were not available so Vicky phoned me and offered an alternative more expensive pair at no extra cost. Excellent customer service. The items have arrived and are exceptional. I will definitely buy again.

Completely in love with my new Whitby Jet pentacle necklace! A very stunning piece which I appreciate the work that has gone into. It was lovely to be able to speak to the lady who actually crafted it and see where she actually makes the jewellery. So refreshing to be able to walk into a shop and know where every part of an item has come from and?. It?s English ! When not much is made in our own country any more it?s so important we support these traders and craftsmen / craftswomen and you won?t be disappointed.
