Came on holiday and forgot my contact lenses. I called another Specsavers and they said they couldn't give me any of the ones they had in stock. Then I called this branch and the lady working there (Kelly) was very helpful and found me a set of lenses and left them for me to pick up the next day. Very helpful.

After a knock on the head I was worried about my slight change in vision. I was seen quickly and the examination process was thorough and efficient. The optician explained all the results in a manner easily understood. I left feeling happy and reassured, knowing I can go back at any time if I have any more concerns.

Cannot recommend specsavers at Whitby too highly-they saw me-and I believe saved my sight-when I believed my other eye was been affected,they saw me within 24 hours,and rang the hospital to explain. THANK YOU!

On holiday in Whitby for 7 days and on day 2, disaster! The frame of my glasses just snapped without warning and the lens fell out. Checked to see if there was a Specsavers in Whitby and was relieved to find that there was. Called in next morning and was blown away by the absolutely brilliant service I received. The lady behind the desk immediately went to the display stands, found the same frames which I had and within 10 minutes, I had my lenses inserted in the new frame and fully adjusted to be an even better fit than my originals! Both members of staff were brilliant! Yes, the frames were still within their 2 year guarantee, but I never expected to receive such super service. 11 out of 10! Thank you Specsavers Whitby!
