Lady with short light hair very rude. Shouting in front of a queue of customers ?this is a convenience store, not a post office?. I was sending a parcel via Yodel which is one of there services. She proceeded to throw my fragile parcel at her colleague saying ?I?m not doing it? so that she could go shout at the rest of the queue to tell them if any of them have parcels. Don?t bother. The drop off is closed. I?m appalled by the service and I will be very angry should I find that any damage has been made to the parcel I dropped off

Very rude till staff Thursday 7th March. At least wait until the customer is out the building before you start verbally abusing them.
Brought in some parcels, unfortunately the one Yodel machine available is frequently down or the Internet isn't working, so I had a backlog of parcels which I brought at 1.30pm; the only time I had use of the car (not that I should have to justify myself). Only to overhear staff talking about me with other customers after they thought I'd left. How embarrassing! 'Would you dare bring like 11 parcels in at lunch time when half the staff are on their lunch break' 'Wouldn't dream of doing it this time of day' 'Holding the staff up, why would you come now at our busiest time, what are people thinking' 'we get more parcels than actual customers.' Maybe I should start scheduling my day around the times Spar staff want to eat. No matter what time of day I come there is always a queue anyway, half of the time due to issues with the machine, and you know, people buying items.
Maybe talk with your employers if you're unhappy with the facilities your workplace offers or find a job in a shop that doesn't offer this facility so you don't have to deal with customers.
I'm sorry that your shop is the only place in a 30 mile radius where I can leave Yodel parcels, I wouldn't be going there unless I absolutely had to, especially now. 9 times out of 10 I buy grocery items when I come to drop parcels anyway, which is probably why the company offers it. Should be a machine like Evri where you can print labels yourself so it would speed up the process so staff can enjoy lunch without having pesky customers to deal with.

Toilets shut now and have been since I last went about 3 weeks ago. Staff are clearly just keeping it shut so they don?t have to clean it. Not really the way to go about things is it.

Do not use this shop the people at the tills are pure rude I got I?d for a monster energy drink bare in mind I buy these all the times and of legal age when they wouldn?t sell me it I sent my gran back and they simply wouldn?t sell it to my gran cause she knew it was for me I mean what does a girl gotta do for a energy drink now a days

Filled car up today went into one way system to pay. Good space social distancing while queing behind 12 other people. Then you get to the 3 cash tills and you are squeezed into narrow aisle which only lets people past if they squeeze past you.This is a poor design and doesnt help with social distanceing.This is an important point as some customers have hidden medical problems which doesnt help to reassure them.

Young man served us very late in the night, about 2:30am Monday night/Tuesday morning if the 08/09/20! Provided us great service and was very polite.

This is a great store. The staff are helpful and generally enjoyable to be around. I come here many days a week to get sweets, bread, milk and what not. However the one thing that slighty bothers me is the recent increase in price. Why go to Spar to get a bottle of milk when you can get one for cheaper in Aldi or Lidl? Well I still choose Spar over Lidl over the road and if you want that not to change then please use the prices you had in the past. I will rate 5 stars if so. Quality 10/10. Good shop overall.
