Helpfull staff but very limited in stock.(EDIT)Thankyou for the reply, I wasn't actually aware items can be ordered in to the store, this definitely makes a difference and will save us a trip out of area in the future when needing to buy footwear for our little one.

They may not have a huge selection of footwear but what they do have is great and the quality is brilliant the staff are friendly and helpful with what you need

The staffs really don't want to help at all. I live the Whitby but need visit Middlesbrough to solve out the code issue. They just keep lie said they cannot do but Middlesbrough staff just take one minutes sort out problem. The big staff even ask me move said me block the road when I just wait there to be serve ? they only serve travellers that is it
