What a great shop this Poundland is. So well set out display, roomy aisles and extremely well stocked for Christmas things. The staff have managed to create an ambience in a frontline economy shop without sacrificing the virtue of being an enjoyable place to wander around.Thank you all for your hard work and being on the case when self checkouts send customers to distraction.Well done and Happy Christmas to a flagship store.????

Cannot rate this shop highly enough in addition to the normal food/non food items their range of clothes is affordable and fashionable. Get all my grand-daughters schoolwear here. Recommended.

Nice big shop clean and well laid out the old safeway and Morrisons the clothing at back of the shop is good too for kids if you have forgotten something while away.

Cheap prices got alot of good stuff as well as some tat. Staff friendly and helpful. Only drawback is no parking facilities but this is in Whitby and you will have a hard time finding a car park space anywhere even in car parks you pay for.

Great shop staff are very friendly and helpful absolutely fantastic can't fault the shop or the staff. Not everything is a pound as they sell a range of other products.
