My son and I went for breakfast at Perry's Plants. Very nice it was, too. Sat in the garden beside the river Esk. We were accompanied by a very friendly duck who came to say hello.Then, we were treated to a steam train passing on the other side of the river. Idyllic.

A precooked afternoon tea was a birthday treat,beautifully presented and served. Lace tablecloths and china cups, a real treat, lots of sandwiches, and homemade cakes and scones. Delicious, and wonderful gardens to wander in.

Poor Customer Service.Called in Perry's Plants to buy a terracotta plant pot as we like to support independent businesses. When we purchased our item at the till there was no please,thank you,a smile or any kind of customer service at all. We will not return and we will take our custom elsewhere next time.
