£5 minimum card spend? Why do Whitby businesses make their own rules? We'll take our money elsewhere...

Great selection of toys and the prices seemed reasonable. Lost a star due to it being inaccessible with a buggy due to the steps up to the toy area.

Well stocked toy shop in the heart of the town. Has Lego, scale model cars, plane and boat kits. Selection of dolls, Sylvanian Families etc. Something in here to suit the pocket money spend or indeed to spend your birthday money on. Minimum £5 spend on your card but cash is available from the Post Office counter that is shared within the toy shop. Upstairs is another sales floor with larger toys and play things for younger children. I guess it may get busier with stock upstairs nearer Christmas. Well worth a pop into, there will be something that they want :-)

Went in today to draw out some money and stood in the queue, there was only person serving so I assumed there was only one queue. Got to the front and was told I needed the Post Office queue by which time there were three people in the post office queue who weren't there when I went in. Staff and customers were all very rude and insisted I stood at the back of everybody. Heard lots of sniggering as I left as opposed to waiting. Not a nice experience. Needless to say, I and my family and friends will never set foot in Andersons again.

Good selection of modelling accessories which is ideal for me. They do insist on a minimum£5 spend on card transactions which is understandable.

We visited this shop 6 days ago and we bought a toy for our niece and my other half bought a drink. She ended up leaving behind 3 picture prints in a bag. We wracked our brains to try and identify where we left them, so we retraced our steps virtually and phoned the shop - they had them. With a sigh of relief and a greatful thanks, we collected them.Definitely a 5 star service and a further 5 stars for the honesty displayed. Highly recommended.

Good Lego selection and many other toys too. Reasonably priced Lego but you can buy it a bit cheaper online though. I would still Recommend it.
