We have just completed the purchase of an apartment in Whitby and the service provided by Jacksons and in particular Sarah, was first class. The purchase was complicated (through no fault of Jacksons) but Sarah was consistent in her approach, always willing to go the extra mile to help speed up the process and reach out to those involved to achieve the goal. I was delighted with their involvement throughout the whole process and would highly recommend Jacksons to anyone. Just great service during a difficult time for conveyancing. Nothing was too much trouble for Leo and Sarah. Communication between Jacksons and both the solicitors, and then communicated to us, was far beyond what would be expected from an Estate Agent, fully driven by Leo and Sarah. From start to finish Jackson?s of Whitby were great. The sale process was very difficult due to the solicitors on both sides but Sarah kept me sane (and amused!) throughout the whole nightmare. I was not impressed.Having tried to contact the office, to make an offer on a property, I was unsuccessful to speech to somebody on the following day of viewing the premises.When I managed to make the offer and it was rejected, the office person became very defensive and then proceeded to inform me of my finacial position.If I do purchase a property in Whitby it won't be through Jacksons Property Service.

We have recently completed on a property purchase through Jacksons. The service received has been excellent and I would thoroughly recommend them if you are looking to put your property on the market. Although we were purchasing a property and not selling we could clearly see the professionalism and service that Jacksons provide. The property we bought wasn't on our list to view in fact we hadn't even considered it. John recommended a viewing based on our discussions and on first visit we put an offer in straight away. Through out the process the team at Jackson's have been on hand to assist us in completing quickly. Thanks for all your help!

Not a good first experience with Jacksons! Booked an appointment to view a property and meet Sheila, travelled over 100 miles and paid for a B & B and no-one turned up for the viewing! There had been no communication from the office to say there was a problem so I called in to see what had gone wrong. Neither of the ladies seemed to know anything about the booking and just called it "a bit of a mix up"! They said they were sorry but they didn't seem terribly concerned at how inconvenienced we'd been.
