Lovely lady serving on the till on Friday 1st November 24. She was so friendly and chatty, she has not let her past health issues stop her from smiling. She inspired me tonight, thank you lovely lady ? she even gave me and my two daughters a little chuckle ??

I have used this place a handful of times and it really depends on who is working in here as to what you get. Yes it is a shop and it has what you would expect it to on offer, but some of the men who work here are just plan rude and disinterested which is a real shame.

Walked from West Cliff tonight as I saw shop on Google maps Used a few cost cutters all over UK only me in shop miserable guy behind counter followed me round . At till asked does he sell stamps ...only when post office open ( I did not notice the post office counter) so I said I will call in wednesds...don't bother they are on strike mussery did not come into it no please thank you smile. I will not be back

It?s good that their is a convenient store at this end of Whitby just disappointed that been in and brought this bag of fish to get it out and think it looks abit weird to find out it?s 2 month out of date. Rang up and asked to talk to a manager to be rudely asked why who am I. So responded I?m someone ringing up to complain about selling out of date food. He said just come back and will give money back. Please check dates first if they selling out of date food. Otherwise good shop

The staff at this convenience store and post office deserve high praise. The friendly help and support they provide on a regular basis, for my visually impaired elderly mother, is exceptional.

I use the post office regularly, partly to avoid the crowds in town, but mainly because the staff are all super friendly, and they go over and above to help you. There is a decent sized shop and you can usually get what you need. Would definitely recommend.
