It doesn't cost anything to smile, I think the staff in Thirsk need to be told this. Off to Greggs next time.

It said welcome on the door but the lady that served me was far from welcoming sour faced bad mannered .asked for sandwich no butter to be told in a sharp tone there is what we've got . All she had to say was sorry no we haven't. I'll be giving the one in thirst a miss from now on . Husband's sandwich was fine ?
