Toilet is awful, absolute disgrace for a leading company like shell - Get it sorted ?

The toilet was revolting, an absolute disgrace. Member of staff looked like they had nothing to do and yet the toilet had urine on the floor on the seat to the point your footwear is swimming in it. After using the toilet I chose not to spend any money with Shell so went elsewhere for fuel. My daughter who was desperate for the loo unfortunately got urine on her clothing. Shame on you Shell. If its not up to your standards at home its not fit for public use either. Get it sorted!!!! There seem to be complaints in other reviews about this spanning not only months but *years* at this Shell garage. Absolute disgrace, don?t give them your business.

Average fuel price for service station. Only 3 starts because the welly washer in the welly washing station wasn't functioning correctly.

Great Starbucks if a) you prefer surprisingly slow service and b) a long queue to a unisex toilet (as they only have one, although they also have one disabled). The general decor was charmless and the food overpriced (but that's a Starbucks thing anyway). However the lady did apologise for taking 15 minutes to serve us (with only one guy and his family ahead of us) so their staff are polite, and the drinks were good. So, it's fine, just don't go in for a drink or the toilet. It's a drive through and that's who they prioritise.

Stopped for lunch on regular long journey south (southbound A168). Fully aware and accept it is dog friendly but to have a large boxer dog sitting on the seat drooling over the table turned my stomach. A very polite query to the manager as to the policy on this evoked a very uncalled for personal verbal attack. We only wanted to know if this was condoned by the store for the future. We did not address this to the dog owner but she shouted abuse at us and, appallingly, the manager and staff joined in! Needless to say this was very distressing and actually quite scary so felt bullied into taking the manager's 'advice ' to go elsewhere and left the store, and our food and drinks, in a hurry. Quite unbelievable over an innocent enquiry over store policy. Other customers looked quite shocked at our treatment. Obviously we shan't be going again.

Ordered for 2 and one order was wrong, replaced with correct coffee straight away. Both coffees had skimmed milk despite wanting full milk. Toilets were in a terrible state.

Very helpful staff, always seems to be the same people working, always friendly and helpful.Nice hot food and sandwiches.Open 24x7 for fuel but shop door locks 12pm to 5am (Shell rule apparently), you can still buy shop goods through serving hatch but no access to toilets at night.

We went through the drive thru. The menu is slightly past where you order. The lady on the order headset was very pushy for a fast order. They really do need to have the menu before the order box if this is what they want. You need a minute to look what you would like to order. The service was ok however we ordered a 5 cheese toastie and received a ham and cheese toastie! Good job it wasn?t for a vegetarian! Coffee was good as always.

Went for diesel at 530am filled up,there was a man walking out of the door a customer i went to pay.the cashier had locked me out for some reason didnt want to let me in....odd ball i was no threat i fill up there every week and he knew the car and me i chatted to him last week very odd behaviour which i didnt like ya got 2 stars for that cnt get vpower anywhere else

Recent visit to the drive-thru whilst in the area. The iced coffee was amazing as usual. A special thank you to the kind member of staff who spotted my dog in the car and offered him a Puppuccino which he absolutely loved! It was my dogs first Puppuccino and I think he is definitely keen to visit again. Highly recommended.

Great stop as dogs are allowed in unlike those pretend Starbucks on the M-ways . Got 4 fast chargers from Instavolt, bit pricey to use but at least they are usually all working. This is on the West bound side of the A168, with another Starbucks Eastward but only one dodgy looking charger there so never tried it and don?t use this Starbucks?probably very nice but we drive an electric car.
