What an amazing bunch of real gentlemen at the Thirsk branch. So courteous with customers and patient when things need to be explained. As a lady going in with little knowledge of practical things, they could not have been any more helpful. I would highly recommend the branch to anyone.

Great service this AM @ screw fix. After a stressful morning once entering Screwfix Karen met us with a big smile, she helped us with our enquiry, and was a pure delight. Once all purchases were complete Karen made us a lovely coffee as we went on our way to Tipi ?? -

Outstanding service and knowledge from the staff.Very helpful above and beyond.I had my sander stolen and needed a quick replacement. Ordered at 19:30 and collected 15 minutes later. Plus i needed a few extra bits. The staff helped me find what I needed. Couldn't be happier with the service that I've received this evening.
