So thrilled my disabled grandaughter9 had made me a lovely thread with beads saying I love Grandma Wendy on but no fasteners .Obviously a very precious gift so went to Market Cross Jewellers in Thirsk and Sandra painstakingly rethreaded it all onto a silver chain and Anne suggested using 2 little silver rings to keep the words in position too.Took the patience of a saint to undo and restring but they were both determined to sort it so I can keep it safely .Cant thank the staff enough and my little grandaughter beamed when she saw it too!So very very kind and SO much appreciatedxx

Would never give this place my jewellery again. They have lost one necklace, charged me triple the quoted price on a bespoke ring and the last time I will ever use them, they took my ring in for cleaning/buffing and rhodium plated it. They charged me for the privilege of returning it back to yellow gold. Buy from them by all means, but I personally will never trust them with anything I own again.

really 2nd rate service. was charged full price for a job that was not completed, and made a mess of my metal watch strap. seemed to be of no consequence to them. I have been to other Market Cross jewellers and have been well looked after. They seemed very complacent here!! will not use again
