Staff very friendly and coffee good. However I have been in several times recently and always the same issue - dirty tables and foodstuff under tables and in general floor areas. The staff do remove empty cups etc from the tables but I watched and they do not then wipe the tables nor clean up around tables. TBH it?s looking a very dirty shop and cleaning standards are extremely poor and have been for some time. Needs some management intervention and close monitoring.

I always use black coffee especially in York where I live....but this one from Thirsk is terrible...dirty cups and trays on all the tables...no sugar, no sticks and no napkins....terrible
