Like a lot of us I had some trepidation about forking out a lot of cash (for me) for a caravan at a dealer I had had no prior experience with. I found Beechwood reassuring, friendly and extremely helpful handling my purchase with care and professionalism. With my experience I would highly recommend them.

Buying a Caravan can be challenging, not helped when your residential home is not the UK. We found Beechwood on the internet and saw a Caravan that appealed to us on their Website. I contacted Mathew and Edward and explained our situation. They happily put the Caravan on hold until we could make arrangements to fly over to see the Caravan ?in the flesh?.We decided to purchase the Caravan and from that moment on, they made every effort to make the transaction as easy as possible. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them. If you look hard enough, you may find another Company that equals their Customer Service, but I seriously doubt you would find one to better them.Thanks to all at Beechwood

Just bought our caravan from beechwood Leisure.Fantastic service from start to finish. Both Ed & Matthew and staff went over and above to deal with all our requirements. Very friendly a pleasure to deal with. Would Definatley deal with them again.Highly recommended

Beechwood were recommended to us at this time last year when we were considering getting our first caravan. We went to see them and Ed was amazing helping us choose a van that fit our requirements and being very patient with us being newbies we had lots of questions and no clue what we were talking about. We have recently been back to change our van as the layout just didn?t work for our family, we went to look round several times until we found the van we were looking for. We didn?t go elsewhere when they didn?t have what we wanted we just hung on until they did. I wouldn't go anywhere else Ed and his team are amazing and always at the end of a what?s app message when your away and have forgotten everything shown on demo day ? , the after care is the best I?ve ever experienced.I would highly recommend.

Just bought our new motorhome from Beechwood Leisure. From start to finish Edward and the team have been first class going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.Our queries were dealt with promptly.The van was spotless and the additional air conditioning unit and solar panel were fitted very neatly and you couldn?t tell they were extrasWhen we picked up the van the handover was excellent and everything was explained clearlyWe can?t praise the team enough, we'll definitely use Beechwood Leisure again

We bought our last family caravan in 2006 from new and time for a change. Been to some main dealers but not wanting to deal with a larger dealer due to bad experience all those years ago. Found Beechwood Leisure by chance and is a small family run business.We rang the day we wanted to see the van and when we arrived it had been hooked up to the mains with everything to see working.Edward and the staff were on hand to answering any question. No pressure sales very transparent throughout the whole process. We picked the van up yesterday and had a full working hand over of the van. After caravaning for nearly 30 years this one had a lot more gadgets to learn about. Would highly recommend Beechwood Leisure. Can?t comment on after sales but not really wanting to find out but if it is anything like we?ve experienced so far should be alright..

Brill. Can't fault them at all. Went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy. Viewing, demo and delivery by Ed who's actually a proper top bloke. We genuinely felt like friends of the family. I'm daft as a brush when it comes to technology but I totally got it after the demo. Just wanna say on behalf of Jackie and I, ta very much for everything. You guys ROCK.

My husband and I had an amazing experience when buying our caravan from beechwood leisure. After a month we had a problem with the cooker. Rang up Edward and within a week the problem was resolved, very efficient after sales warranty service. Again excellent service from all at beechwood leisure, this is definitely the best place to buy a caravan, thanks to Edward and the team
