The experience at Lawtons of Tadcaster was fantastic because having bought our Puma from Lawtons just a few weeks earlier we were hoping for a repeat of the same excellent service we experienced then. We weren't disappointed. No hard sell, no pressure, everything within advised timescales, no silly add-ons. Just perfect. As we plan to keep these cars for a number of years it may be some time before we return for more - but we will. Andy is a real asset to your company. Top marks all round.

I was happy with the service at Lawtons of Tadcaster because from the moment we contacted them and expressed an interest in the vehicle, they could not have been more helpful. Having driven for four hours to get there, their salesman Andy was helpful and very considerate making us feel very at ease. Having decided to purchase the vehicle, once again the companies staff were more than helpful in arranging to new cherished plates to go on to it ready for when we picked it up the following week. we cannot recommend them highly enough for their friendly, polite and efficient service.

The experience at Lawtons of Tadcaster was good because they listened to my requirements for my car and identified suitable options. They were thorough and all the staff I dealt with were very friendly. I was offered a fair trade in price for my old car. I was given an excellent handover when I collected my new car and future service options were outlined clearly.

Do not touch with a bargepole for repairs.Had a towbar removed a few years ago because they told us it had been poorly fitted. So when the new one they recently put on caused the same problem, took it to them for them to look into it. They charged us £88 for the privilege of looking into their own work- without telling us that it would cost beforehand- and then couldn't find the problem. Of course, they say they did tell me the cost- but why would I put it in if I knew they were going to charge me for it?! No logical sense there.
