Overall, this is a good place to have a pint, but the food is hit and miss depending on who's cooking and, at least when we've been in, the atmosphere has been fairly flat, but we tend to go around tea time.

Went here Sunday booked a table had been in March & was lovely. This time was awful I'm afraid to say. Got the order wrong under cooked raw chicken roast beef horrendous just fat & couldn't even cut into it. Very little on plate everyone went home hungry. Lovely place, staff very friendly even though it was their first night, they coped with our group of 8. Food good and tasty, would go back when in the area
