Be very careful of the YTC website....wrong opening times shown..wasted journey from 20 miles away...not very customer focused member of staff packing away stuff outside...mentioned the website...just got the we're closed mate...not rude but dismissive...see the door sign!...come on YTC have some regard to customers checking... read full comment

tall, skinny guy on tills was extremely rude, i was waiting for my sister to return to the till with something and in that time he had scanned the items, when i didnt pay because i was waiting he picked them back up and slammed them down so id look at him, no thank you or anything. totally rude

Tall skinny guy on tills, grey hair and glasses. Dam right rude, shouted next pls when customer still packing so I waited until they had finished.
