I bought an AEG Washing Machine from messrs Wilkinson electrical, of Skipton. They gave excellent advice and service, also installed the machine and demonstarted how to use it. I would also like to mention the price of the machine was matched to AEG and other retailers. A truly unbeatable all round serivce, highly recommended. A big thankyou to Wilkinson's, their product knowledge is superb! The AEG machine washes extremley well, has a great range of programmes, excellent build quality plus a 5 year parts and labour guarantee. I got £200 off the retail price, the machine is fantastic value for money. Best washing machine I've ever had! Thank you once again to Wilkinson's. Keith.

We paid £10 for them to diagnose an issue with our vacuum. The quote we felt was too expensive so we have asked to pick it back up. They said it?s in pieces and if we want it putting back together we need to pay. I have called trading standards and will be writing a breach of contract letter. This is a total con. You should hand something back to the owner the way it came in.
