The staff in this shop are very helpful and polite.Tog 24 clothing is well made and durable. I always pop into this shop when in Skipton as I have picked up some exceptional bargains as I did this week. A £85 rrp coat for £30 in the sale. I have purchased many clothing items from Tog over the last 50 years and have never had need to complain about any of the items purchased.Again the staff here are very goodTop quality clothingTop quality staff.

First time in tog24 in skipton today, the sales assistant was a lovely lady who was so helpful and chatty with all the customers, she really looked like she enjoyed her job! Very refreshing!

5 stars for service at Tog24 in Skipton. I'd bought boots 7 months earlier from them but they had fallen apart at the sole/upper seam. Despite not having kept the receipt, as I knew the card I had paid with and the exact date of purchase they were able to check the transaction and honour their 1 year guarantee and replace them. I've dropped one star simply because I don't think the boots should have needed replacing given that they weren't cheap and hadn't been harshly treated in any way. Hopefully the lower quality was a one-off and the replacements will be harder wearing.Update: the replacements weren't harder wearing. They too split after 7 months of moderate use, so down to 3 stars, I'm afraid.
