We went to Skipton for a midweek break and stayed at a boutique hotel that didn't cook on the premesis but you had to go over the road to get breakfast, and to be honest at first i wasn't too keen on the idea. We booked out this establishment as a base for our recent wedding at the Tithe Barn and everybody had such a great time here. The food is fantastic, the rooms are very comfortable and it really felt like a home from home for everybody. Thanks to all the staff who looked after us!
