Really pleased we found this place. Staff were all lovely and couldn?t do enough to help us find something suitable for our baby?s allergies. Other kids were over the moon with their kids sandwich meal, good sized portions and they declared it the best kids meal they?d had in a while. Adult meals were lovely too and we got some great cakes to take home with us, including some great vegan options. We will definitely be returning.

Absolutely perfect we visited 3 times during our week stay. Everything was just delicious, the service was so friendly. The details in the decor were fantastic and every time we went in we found something we hadn?t seen before. The place had such a lovely atmosphere my husband and I loved it and so very much recommend if you?re in the area. Thank you so much xxx

I asked for a discount but this was not given
All in all I would stick to cake only at this place in future

Been wanting to go for so so long. My son and his partner drove up from Sheffield, to take me here. I was so excited. The cafe is whimsical and highly unusual. We ordered food and drinks. It was not over busy but the actions of one of the owner was appalling. My son asked for no tomatoes. I saw that our food was on the counter and i saw the server lean over the counter and I believe she told the owner that my son had asked for no tomatoes. I saw with my own eyes, the owner pick tomatoes from one plate and threw them on the other. I told the server what I had seen. The owner did not even come to apologise, nor did he offer to reduce our bill. He did nothing, apart from mess with food
Disgraceful behaviour. I was gutted.

First time my hubby and I have been but definitely the last time, very poor quality afternoon tea with a dry shop bought scone. I ordered a milkshake and it was so bad I left most of it. I asked if the milkshake was thick and was advised it was but when it came it wasn?t even cold and it definitely wasn?t thick. I mentioned it to the manager and he said it must have been the glass that was warm from the dishwasher! I guess you get what you pay for and I would rather pay more and get good quality. Shame because there was plenty of seating and the central location was ideal.

Poor service. Seemed that if you were seated outside you were not as much a customer as those customers inside. It took 20 mins to place our order, then 30 minutes to receive it .customers inside were served faster. At least 8 customers left due to no one coming to take an order.

Service was quite good, nice location, reasonable prices.
Drinks came, but food took a long time, so our hot drinks were either finished or cold ?.
I requested a top-up coffee but had to pay for another........
A bottomless coffee was suggested, so I 'wrongly' expected to pay for the difference; However
ended up having two coffees but paying for almost three.
My mum is 84, and her soup arrived very lukewarm.......
We politely tried to address some of the above in the shop..... But for various reasons, it became more trouble than it was worth.
