Today we called into Skipton Store to upgrade my husbands phone as his old phone was not working as it should.We was served by Irtiza Khan who was absolutely brilliant. He showed us all our options, and not once gave us 'The Hard Sell' and was so knowledgeable, professional and friendly to both us and the customers waiting to be served.I'm also a Tesco Mobile customer, and would have no hesitation in recommending both Tesco mobile or the Skiton Store.WELL DONE Irtiza Khan you are a credit to your Company.
