Fabulous service yesterday at Skipton. Charlie was absolutely brilliant and very patient with me trying to solve my problem. The problem was my error and not Sports direct. After a while my problem was solved. Also his colleague was helpful. Thank you both for your help. Very much appreciated.

Extremely rude staff. Was told that they couldn?t help as they closed in 20 mins! I was just looking for a particular shoe which they said they don?t have without even looking? rude and completely unprofessional. Avoid

I visited this store this evening along with four other companions, we were taking part in a 50 mile walk along the canal and unfortunately got caught in the torrential rain along the way, on arrival we were pleasantly surprised as Staff supported us immediately on getting us back into feeling some kind of ?comfort? and put on the heaters for us to allow us to dry. They were very attentive to our needs and supplied us with clothing which would be suitable to be able to continue on the rest of our journey so we could do it within an adequate time. We couldn?t thank staff enough for the help they supplied especially Ru! Thankyou so much for your great customer service skills!

Manager went above and beyond to help, even going so far as to make the shop quiet for my SEN child (turning off the ball pump). Lovely staff and a pleasant shopping experience, will be back ? ?

Called in the skipton branch of sports direct a few times whilst visiting skipton and, who I now know is the manager, roo always makes time to greet us and make our browse enjoyable, no pressure to purchase but willing to help and advise if needed, and the staff seem more relaxed and courteous than under the previous manager. Will always be the first choice of store when I need something they stock, also, had my granddaughter with me today and she mislaid something in store, roo took the time out to try to find it, ( with no luck ) but promised to save it,if found till our next visit.

Called in sports direct skipton three times this weekend manager and staff very helpful and friendly would call in again next time I am in skipton and would recommend to everyone.

I went in to sports direct Skipton today with an issue. When I arrived I was greeted in a friendly manner by the managed, Ru. He was very helpful and sorted my problem with no issues at all. 5* customer service from this store.. thanks again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service, the sales assistant spent time with us whilst my son chose new trainers and football boots. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and even remembered what we had brought after I accidentally left the trainers in the store. She put them to one side and remembered who they belonged too when I went to collect them and hour later.

Fabulous service today from Manager Ru and staff. I was wet through from the rain and he turned the heat up at the door to help me dry off. Absolutely went the extra mile. Great experience.
