At the Skipton store, I was treated to very professional and courteous visit, Zaynab my optometrist that day was lovely and explained everything clearly and made sure I could hear her as I'm also deaf, that's why I go to Skipton Specsavers.

I find the Skipton store very friendly and professional. I?m never rushed when choosing frames and on my return for collection they always ensure that the glasses are fitting perfectly. Have recommended family members before and they all say they are really pleased with the service.

I recently moved to this branch of Specsavers and have had a much better experience with the brand since. The team at Skipton are warm and friendly. Most importantly, I felt supported as I was given the space and time to properly communicate my concerns and I felt heard. I was provided with useful info and reassurance. In other branches, I have often felt rushed and even pressured into decisions. There was none of that here. A great team that go above and beyond to help.

Always plenty of staff so waiting time kept
