Most of the staff in here seem to be in the wrong job. They are impolite and make it seem like you are troubling them. No wonder the Post Office and Royal Mail are in a mess. I try and use the other shops elsewhere in Skipton or use alternative services.

Each time I have used this Post Office I’ve found the staff behind the counter to be rude, unhelpful, unapproachable and standoffish. After several experiences like this, I do everything I can to avoid having to use this post office or Royal Mail services.
