The lovely ladies at Phase Eight made my day, today. After looking in multiple shops on the highstreet, and even online, I finally found a dress I was happy with. I walked into Phase Eight, Skipton, feeling a bit down. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and have struggled to find a dress suitable for a wedding. Most shops I had visited had more or less dismissed me, as they didn't stock maternity clothing, however, the ladies at P.E. went above and beyond for me. My new dress isn't technically maternity but it's shaped to perfection for my bump and me. I cried happy tears. I would 110% recommend Phase Eight to anyone looking for beautiful clothes. The ladies are an absolute delight, more than happy to help and I would have really struggled without their assistance today. Thank you so much for turning a stressful day into a great success.

I came into the Skipton branch a few weeks ago to try on some dresses for a wedding I am attending and I had spoken to the manager beforehand who was going to arrange for the dresses in various sizes for me to try on as we were travelling from Lincolnshire. The staff were so helpful on the day particularly Gaynor and Emily and nothing was too much trouble and they above and beyond. The dresses were not ideal but I ended up picking a dress I had not seen and tried on and was a great choice with the staff involvement. I cannot thank the Skipton branch enough.

Still waiting for my order to be delivered . It?s been with the courier apparently for 8 days and I?ve been told that I can?t chase it for a further 3 days . When I ordered I was told delivery is 2-3 days .

better online customer service and to look at how they package items for online delivery. shocking how my dress has arrived and I've been told I could have it pressed professional and then be refunded the cost or send the dress back. why if I had brought this dress in a phase eight shop it would had been packaged correctly not put in a dusty plastic bag which is to small for a long pleated dress.

The times I have ordered and had to constantly chase for a refund I have lost count of. Shocking customer service. Now waiting for a refund from an order returned a month today !!! And no communication. If all other retailers manage to refund within 10 days why does it take over a month with no communication from phase eight. Will not order on line again

Absolutely appalled at the service I received recently when I bought a Phase Eight dress for a wedding. It had been so badly packaged that it arrived looking like a rag. I was advised by Phase Eight that I may claim £20 towards the cost of dry-cleaning. When I took it to the dry-cleaners I was told that they could not guarantee that the knife pleats wouldn?t be damaged in the process, but by this time I had removed the tags on their advice, and then Phase Eight washed their hands of it & refused to refund, despite my having acted on THEIR advice. Will never purchase from them again and have advised my friends not to do so either.
