Ordered two mugs at the request of my son, (who lives in New Zealand), to take to him when we visit. Order received within 4 days and was well packed. Very efficient system for online ordering. Lovely product, but unfortunately one had a manufacturing defect which we reported immediately by phone. The lady we spoke to was very pleasant and efficient, found our order in seconds and without further ado said a replacement would be sent. This was received within 2 days. Excellent people to deal with and highly recommend them.

What an absolutely delightful 1st trip to the show room. I've bought from Namaste for about 5 years now but so far not had the pleasure of the journey North from Sheffield.The hospitality was brilliant and the show room wonderfully laid out.It was lovely to meet The staff too. ??

First time customer and I am impressed. I had been looking for an incense holder for ages, did a Google search, up popped NFT and I found the perfect one!I accidentally ordered two items and rang Namaste to let them know and they were great with adjusting the order. My order arrived in good condition and was packed really well! They have some lovely products and I will definitely shop here again.

I ordered lanterns for a very good price and I was unsure if the quality would be good as they can be so expensive from other places. Customer service replied immediately whenever I emailed them, the items were delivered very quickly and the lanterns are beautiful! Very happy :)
