After their missed delivery and loads of hassle for us on NYE, I spoke to the owner today, (Jan 1st) , who went out of his way to restore the situation. He delivered our meal personally himself today. Food was excellent. Fair play to him, much appreciated.

I ordered a take away 2 meals at 19:30, at 20:49 I called to find out how long, I was told the driver picked it up 15 min ago. At 21:07 I called again the driver is on his way to you, so now I'm thinking the driver has had my food for 40 min. 21:25 food arrives.
