I had a puncture at 4:30pm on a Saturday afternoon. With help, I got the tyre off, and spoke to Connor at Skipton. He stayed past closing time to get it sorted for me, so that I was able to get back to my car and fit it. Knowledgeable, friendly service, helpful over the phone and excellent value. Thank you!

Indeed very quick service! We drove a home-coming tyre after a rupture and they changed it quickly to a new one. Good service. Also helped to put the spare Tyre back under the car.

Brilliant service. Popped in on Sunday as thought I has wheel bearing gone. Turned out it was just a stone trapped. Guy cleared it out, didn't charge and I was on my way inside 20 minutes. Thanks you saved my day.

I have always had a good experience at Kwik Fit and left 5 star reviews, however today blowed my mind.
I rang for a quote to fit new brake pads, as mine have started rubbing and I did mention that I was wondering why they didn?t notice the wear on the brake shoes a month earlier when it was MOT?d?
Anyway they said they would ring me back with a quote. They quoted me £850 for brake pad front and rear???????
After a being asked if I wanted them to book it in I obviously said ?NO?!
They explained the quote was high just to cover worse case, just incase I needed new discs.
I have priced up discs and pads and they are about £100 which I am sure they as a business will get much cheaper!
My biggest concern is that more susceptible older people may have bit the bullet and said ok.
Kwik Fit was a name I trusted to be fair. How things have changed!
Please shop around people, I have since been quoted £700 less.
By the way, my car is a 2018 BMW X1, 50,000 miles,not a McLaren.

Arrived at the Skipton branch unannounced and asked if they could help my wife and I as we had a puncture. We were on our way home from Blackpool and had hit some debris on the M65 near Colne.
Calling at my Sisters in Barnoldswick for a quick visit the low tyre pressure warning lights came up. I went to the local petrol station and blew up the offending tyre. At my sisters we rang the local tyre centre asking for help , explaining we were 2 over 70 pensioners needing help, to which the reply was we're to busy try again tomorrow.
Hence why we are now at Skipton branch where the plea for help was quickly and professionally handled.

Just been to Kwik fit at Skipton having called yesterday to book in for my MOT. They are so helpful, especially the chap running the site today, and work carried out on time again.
I would recommend them.
