Andrew Procter and his team recently represented our family in the sale of my elderly mother's house and I cannot speak highly enough of the advice and support the Hunters Skipton team offered us throughout what turned out to be (through no fault of theirs) a very tricky transaction. Even in a difficult market, the valuation Andrew gave was accurate, the marketing of my mother's property was professionally carried out, with an excellent 360 degrees virtual tour which really gave prospective purchasers a feel for the property, and actual viewings were conducted by Mel in a very caring and sensitive manner. Towards the end of the transaction, we also employed the services of Rory and the Hunters rentals team which was extremely valuable and conducted in just the same professional, courteous and caring manner. Indeed everyone we spoke to at Hunters was as friendly and helpful as could be, phone calls and emails were answered promptly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Andrew Proctor and his team did a great job selling my property. The photos were great, especially the virtual reality feature where you could walk around the house viewing it from anywhere in the world. The property was a bit quirky, but they worked hard to get all the answers to the buyers' queries which led to an offer and sale at the asking price. Well done Hunters!

Over the years we have had many problems with misdirected mail as we live in a property with a very similar address to one being sold by Hunters in Skipton. When an expected item of post did not turn up, the Skipton staff were most helpful in arranging for someone to visit the empty property and look for any errant mail. Their service was so swift and obliging that we will not hesitate to contact Hunters for a valuation when we eventually feel it is time to downsize.
