Lovely service from both ladies in the store .They helped me get my Christmas present sorted aswell as offering advice on cleaning. They also showed me how to clean my wedding ring aswell .

Broken wrist watch strap.Bought my wrist watch from the Skipton Branch whilst visiting the town a few years ago, so no surprise that I would make the same journey if I needed help.As it turned out, the pin on the bracelet holding it together had come adrift.I was attended to by Helen, and with a bit of patience, expertise and wit, soon had it back in one piece.Never seems too much trouble at this branch.Always attentive and charming staff in spotless surroundings. What more needs to be said.My five stars for this branch !Please forward my regards.

Recently bought a citizen watch from Skipton H Samuels. All staff were very helpful and attentive. Grace set the time on my watch for me which I greatly appreciated as it seemed very complicated. Thank you Skipton H Samuels :)

Very friendly and helpful staff in this branch. I needed to get a rather complex watch reset and popped in on the off-chance that they could help me. I left it with Grace, and she sorted it free of charge. Super service with a smile ?
