We were dealt with by Laura at H Samuals in Skipton today.
It was our first time in the shop, we were shopping for wedding rings. Laura was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Very polite, very friendly and curtious. She was very informative when it came to sizing and insurance, also very understanding when wed actually chose and paid for my partners ring then changed our mind and went for Titanium instead of White gold for him. Poor Laura had to then do a refund and start again. Even that didn't faze her. Absolutely amazing she was, couldn't fault her. Will definitely recommend, and definitely going back again. 5 ??????????

Great experience for my daughter getting her ears pierced today. Bushra took her time explaining everything and let Eva have time to choose her earings.

We went into H.Samuel in Skipton looking for the perfect engagement ring for myself and Nadia (the store manager) helped us every step of the way, even taking the time to ring around different stores trying to find me the rings I liked in my size. She was so helpful and so kind. I'm finding it hard putting into words just how welcome she made me feel. I struggle with mental health issues and am extremely nervous when it comes to speaking to people and telling them what I want but Nadia was so patient and really did make that once in a lifetime experience something to remember. I will never forget it and I really want her and her team to know how much we appreciate them for spreading so much positivity and kindness into our lives. I left the store with a huge smile on my face.
If I ever need jewellery again, the Skipton store will be my first stop. I've never been in a store with a team as friendly as theirs. All the women working there are so kind and will do whatever they can to help. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help me. Honestly, they are all amazing and know what they are talking about.
Nadia has really made a difference in my life and I wanted to thank her again for all her help. We really appreciate everything she did for us and how she made it so special for me.
