A nice Gregg's, the staff were all very pleasant and obliging, the seating area was clean and tidy and the food/tea good and at a good price. Unusually, the steak slice actually had pieces of meat in and not just thick gravy :)

This was a fantastic bakery for dining in, participating in an offer for a free Sausage Roll! I enjoyed this roll with tasty wedgies, which came at a reasonable price and service was smooth.

Ordered food it wasn't to standards spoke to young girl behind till ask for the issue to be sorted instead I was told they was nothing they could do with bad attitude and shrugged shoulders POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE will never be going here again!!!!

Google page says open at 7am on Saturday, it does not, it opens at 07-30am, member of staff informed.It's a Greggs, you know what you are getting, albeit here they actually cook the bacon thoroughly unlike most Gregg's.The cappuccino here is acceptable, decent strength, unlike most Greggs.Staff are always polite here.

We visited Skipton on a Saturday.It was market day.The carpark was practically full and there were at least 12 coaches in the coach parking area.Skipton was very busy.There appeared to be only 2 people working behind the counter which was obviously not enough.We had a cup of tea and a bun sat inside and the queue was never less than 8 people waiting to be served.The 2 young ladies serving were doing their best but we noticed that several people in the queue turned and walked out, presumably because of the waiting time.The tea was ok and the buns were delicious, but whoever is in charge of this particular Greggs needs to employ at least one more member of staff on market days.

The staff were so welcome in,even though it was continuously,while we were there Usual high standard of food,hot or cold,real cups of tea,plenty of choice here,spacious tables,it gets busy,half the price of the cafes we looked in. .

Male staff member had appalling personal hygiene. Made it seem like i had inconvenienced him by being a customer and then proceeded to give me the wrong item.
