Thanks for the hell you provided me, was here last week and the place was extremely busy, had to wait almlst an hour to be seen. But was worth the wait managed to sort out my broadband and a new phone.

Absolutely fantastic service. I initially rang in to book an appointment for my faulty Pixel. After arriving in store unfortunately had to wait a bit, but the gent who served me was very good at explaining the benefits of trading my device and arranging a new contract with a more up to date phone. Left really happy and he even made sure all my information was transferred. It was worth the 20 mile drive!

Not very helpful at all.
Had ordered a new phone (upgrade) through EE and arranged delivery to the skipton store.
Due to policies and procedures the store were unavailable to give me the phone however the attitude of the staff was awful and were very unhelpful, with no store manager to speak too would definitely not recommend thos store

Dreadful. No explanation of anything, no listening, and don't appreciate constantly being called "mate". Fewer tatoos and more brain cells would be a step forwards.

Went in to sign up for new broadband and landline, much better deals than directly online, excellent service from staff, really helpful without being pushy .
