Great choice and fantastic home cooked food.

My mum recommended eating here but warned me to book. And she is never wrong. So I decided to take her here for a lunch meal.
The menu is very extensive with similar priced food options and all very affordable.
I ordered an American coffee and a mint lamb giant yorkshire pudding with a jug of gravy included.

Had breakfast here many times before, however today my scrambled egg on toast was served on a piece of mouldy toast. At this point I could not continue eating my breakfast. When the gentleman came to the table to collect the plates I showed him the mouldy toast, after he examined the toast he agreed it was mouldy and apologised.... read full comment

Dales Cottage Cafe is a family run business which has been established for over 25 years. We serve homemade food from breakfast, roast dinners, homemade pies, toasties, paninis, sandwiches, homemade soup, homemade desserts and a lot more! We always aim to give a fantastic and friendly service and we will always try accommodate any special requests.
