On holiday decided to go for a swim as I do at home Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Awful experience. Advertised as an adult swim from 3.15 to 5.15, not so, children ruined the swimming for me. Showers were out of order. Won't be going again.

Facilities are ok. Swimming pools are fine, however, the 1 member of staff at the front desk was rude, abrupt and looked like she didn?t want to be bothered. Sorry I didn?t get her name. But very short hair mousy brown hair, should give you enough information.

The facilities at this site are really good and value for money. However the changing facilities and in particular the lockers are poor, many of which are inoperable. Cleanliness is poor and there is definitely a drainage problem as there is often a sewerage smell which needs maintenance.

We went to the pool today and have to say the pool itself was wonderful, the lifeguards friendly and helpful however the reception staff were rude and very unwelcoming.

Disappointed to see drinks served in dispasable cups today. One of the good things that sets this cafe apart from others is that drinks are usually served in "propper" cups/mugs when eating in. This makes for an enjoyable experience not to mention being more environmentally friendly. Hope the dishwasher is mended speedily and normality can resume ?

Have used the pool numerous times. Good value for money, staff are friendly and the changing facilities are good.

Really disappointed to see the state of the cafe today. Uncleared tables, litter on the floor, messy in the kitchen. This cafe could be on to a great thing with how well used the leisure centre is and the park with families and dog walkers but the poor quality is off putting. It wouldn?t take much to turn this round.
