There is lots of choices available, many cakes,biscuits, toasties,and fresh sandwiches, lots of drinks to choose from, very professionally organised tha staff are very friendly and welcoming, however be prepared for a bit of a wait at peek times,we'll worth the wait though.I would recommend it to everyone.

When offers are on never any choice. Ie just had the 2 cakes for £4 on. Just muffins and carrot cake yo choose from. Usually one member of staff grumpy and rude. The place needs a serious makeover. Always something wrong last time we went couldn't add points/rewards on till down. Its hopeless. Its also getting way too expensive would rather go to wetherspoons and get refillable hot drinks for £1.35 each. Can have nearly 4 hot chocolates for price of one in costa. Lost so many rewards lately and no customer services to ring anymore that says it all. Don't even expect to get a reply from this Complaint.Parking: You have to pay to park

Yet another price rise ,Costs Coffee Costa plenty! Hard to justify a 50p price rise ,and now I understand that to earn loyalty points for a free drink you will need to purchase 10 drinks! At these increased prices one must be joking. This price rise will deter me from having a coffee in future which is unfortunate but they have ,in my opinion, priced themselves out.

Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the app gives you special deals. Popular coffee shop.Wheelchair accessibility: Always have ramps to the door. Spacious enough in the shop to manoeuvre about.
