There was this woman working there with red hair and she was really rude when we asked for a smaller size she said I'm not going back in there to get a smaller size and she was speaking in a rude tone

Went in to try some school shoes on for my daughter we had seen online Staff firstly said they would let us try them on unless we had her feet measured which there was a list for and got very snooty and rude when I tryed to explain I didn't want her feet measuring as we already know her size just want to try them on... read full comment

Went today to buy pumps. Service was very quick and friendly. Whilst paying for pumps I spotted a lovely suede handbag in the sale by the till so purchased that as well. ? Girl that served me was very efficient and friendly. So glad I chose this branch. ?
