Not enough staff, totally rushed off their feet, did great serving , still kept humour, were very polite when there was huge queues, they didn't stop at all for over an hour serving while we were there, 25 mins was waiting for food because lack of staff .. ..2 female staff on , brilliant team work ? ? well done:)
Food was piping hot and fresh , enjoyed the meal.
unfortunately, the tables and chairs were not set out well. It's an uncomfortable set up , no one really uses them because the chairs are rarely set out properly.. need to take one of the tables out and give more space .. The floor and tables needed a clean//sweep up, quite a lot of food crumbs and litter around , the staff were simply far too busy to do this. Score would have been full house if chairs etc , floor had been sorted, score reflection on the business, not staff on the day .. another member of staff needed without a doubt..
Some of the chairs need repairing/replacing ...

Not being tight but.. spent over £70 in the skipton burger king.. forgot to ask for mayonnise.. went back to get some, was told i'd have to pay 30p for it.. and very rudely that i hadn't put it on the order!! So much for customer service!!!!

Ordered food off justeat.
Diddnt get the extra free toppings or extra sauce I asked for, barey got any toppings atall to be honest, and diddnt get the extra slice of cheese I DID pay for.
Had loaded fries as a side, and there was next no cheese or bacon on it.
My partner also had loaded fries with barely any cheese atall on them.
Do not use this place, it is the worst Burger King I have ever had in my life.

Greggs & Burger King sharing the same space is a godly combo. BK food seems £££ for what you get, but when there?s a slice of pizza and a Sugar Strand Donut to hand too? Glorious.

My second visit to burger king ever...food very average if not below...tiny tiny portions I thought it was a joke when looked at it...first visit was in Doncaster Sheffield airport and clearly remembered my experience as very positive. To the place....half a chairs was ripped and floor was full of leaves. As they share their place with Greggs god one knows who is responsible for what. It was my 2nd and last visit to this chain ever.

Today I stopped at this Burger King on our way driving down to Manchester and honestly wish I?d waited for another spot. Not a single glove or hairnet in sight, lady behind the counter sneezing all over.
Thought I?d just ignore all that as I?d already ordered unfortunately. The two girls behind the counter looked so confused constantly, terrible attitude on them when speaking to each other. Plus very unclean restaurant in general, rubbish all over the floor. I knew I?d made a mistake.
THEN when I was given my food and set off on my journey again, to my absolute horror, hairs all in my fries, every other frie had a hair on it. Given a vanilla milkshake instead of chocolate one too. I?m not done yet? to top this all off I noticed they had forgot to put the chicken in my chicken royale. Literally the main ingredient, how does someone even do that?? Forgetting the additional extras like sauce and stuff I understand. But the chicken? in a chicken burger?? What are you smoking! It wasn?t busy at all it was basically only us in there. Absolutely mental, hire better staff Burger King!!

Much tastier than the other 'famous' burger chain, but overall, just fast food! Service, like most fast food places is not great as most seem to prioritise the food delivery companies now.
