“Buying my first home and had two Lifetime ISAs with different providers so there was a bit of confusion about withdrawing the one with Skipton , who initially said they couldn't help and I'd have to clarify with HMRC - who obviously are no help whatsoever.Eventually rang Skipton back and spoke to Adnan who was determined to help me and sorted to whole process. Thank you Adnan !Only 4 stars because the situation could've been rectified by Skipton before I spent 4 hours on the phone to a lifeless HMRC but otherwise good service.”

The lady was really informative and helpful. I called in with some identification, so as to be able to make over counter transactions.The staff were so helpful and friendly.I would strongly recommend opening an account here.
