It's Go Outdoors but on a smaller scale. They had only been open a week when I went. Due, to a change of mind we needed to return some Christmas items. The staff were nice but I've since realised the refund was done incorrectly and I am owed some money.
We had looked online for the replacement item we wanted it was not available for Click and Collect so I assumed they didn't stock that item, when I checked in store they did have it.

Went to buy a pair a walking shoes, very helpful. Chatted to a very friendly chap who served us , he took the time to recommend some walks. Great service

Bought a Rab raincoat, that I love! The lady working, Jo, was super helpful in explaining the differences of each jacket and helping me work out which one was the best for my needs. Highly recommend if you?re not sure what product to go for as the staff are super helpful and happy to give you their time to explain.
