Early last month I booked an UK internal flight through this company. 5 days before I was due to fly I had to cancel due to a positive PCR test. I asked if there was any chance of rebooking at a later date an by doing so not loosing my money. A lady called Leslie was so helpful. As soon as I gave he my new preferred dates she contacted the airline concerned and made all the arrangement's for me. This saved me a lot of money and a lot of hassle. I am very impressed and would like to thank all concerned.This company comes HIGHLY recommended.
