Emma?s always sound?helpful, friendly, and never flustered, even when it?s mad busy. She?s one of those people who just keeps everything ticking along behind the scenes but still finds time to smile and sort you out if you need help.
Makes the place feel more welcoming, and you can tell she cares. Proper asset to the team.

Went to skipton aldi really clean, staff are super helpful and friendly asked a staff member emma for assistance and was more than happy to help definitely will go back! ???

Didn't seem any cheaper than other shops.. some shelves empty on a Fri morning. But of a mess at checkout, opening and closing tills, people didn't seem to know where to be. Struggle to get around will all the pallets in the lanes. Had to watch the short dates on some items.. but that's me !!! Some people who are used to this might be ok.

VERY disappointed aldi today. This horrid lady with curly hair in a pony tail gave terrible service. She opened her till and shouted at another lady for not going into the queue. I was DISGRACED with the attitude. She closed her till and some more people came to her till, she proceeded to shout at them after she said they could quickly come. She shook her head at everyone threw our glass items down the till and didn?t give us any chance to pack our things. Hugely disappointed. Bad employees
